Mel CT 高级apt 转租

2房2卫1车位 在ct 属于CBD area 1月7号后可入住
[color=magenta]650 p/w[/color] 没有家具 btw spencer st& king st.

1分钟到flinders st 每天有free tram 或48 70 75路电车
5分钟到colin st 有109 112 31路电车

房子很新 白天可惬意的[color=magenta]看海[/color] 晚上一览[color=magenta]mel ct 夜景[/color] 可看到dockland 和flinder st 那边的各种夜景
5分钟走路去crown 也可坐在[color=magenta]可容纳50人露天大阳台[/color]看[color=magenta]整条yarra river[/color] 每到晚上整点的[color=magenta]crown[/color]能看到[color=magenta]所有柱子喷火 一览无遗[/color]
[color=#ff00ff]总结就是luxury living ！！！[/color]
