Pinot Noir is often described as being a "difficult" grape, to grow, to deal with inthe winery, and to find truly great examples of, but fans are passionate about this veriety, as sensually expressed by the dialogue between Miles and Maya in the 2004 movie 'Sideways'.
My personal opinion to pinot noir as being my favorite of all time and as well 'elusive'. The aftertaste of drinking it is very fruity and juicy. It's almost like making love to a sweet girl like my lovely fiancee.(Oooopps.....) ;-)
