italy is the ultimate underdog.
- they play like shit and it's the ugly kind
- doesn't have offense
- lacks technically gifted midfield like most of europe other than england
- doesn't have anyone that can run faster than me
- haven't had a world class striker for the last decade
- their best defender for the last 10 years is either a 175cm short dude or a 40 y.o old dude
- they are the most hated team in the world
- their league and administration body is more corrupt than the chinese one
but they can WIN, through luck, counter attackng, team defence, cheating, play acting and mind games.
They win so much while being so inferior that most people think they are a superior team.
So sit back, enjoy this unique style. they make winning ugly into an art and fooled the world for 10 years that they are still a great team. If you watch soccer enough you will end up sympathising them, not hating them.
If china is to make it to world cup and win a game, they need to learn how the italian plays. NOT how the brazilian's play.
IMHO better than england and spain as a team that can win. england plays uglier and lose, wtf.
